Secretary of social development - Government

The Secretary of Social Development, a government agency in Mexico that provides care and support services to the most vulnerable sectors of the society, implemented an international public bid designed to operate over 3000 booths for “Seniors”, where they can register and fill out applications for economic as well as social help, like pension benefits. A registration and follow-up digital module was implemented in these booths, where FORZA participated with a UPS in order to back it up in case of any irregularities in the power supply line. We must also note that these units had to comply with a minimum of 3 years of operation, serving the public during regular business hours and days in over 300 different locations throughout the republic of Mexico.
